There's a new queen in town. Little J is back for season 3 of Gossip Girl, with a new spot at the top and a more mature wardrobe to go with it. Her hair is a little longer, her eyeliner a little lighter, but her attitude and affinity to black clothing hasn't gone anywhere. Color makes an appearance in the form of accessories and plaids, and no outfit is complete without a pair of fishnets or textured tights. While keeping some of the edge from last season, she replaces the overly angsty leather, studded, and raccoon-eye look for more sophisticated grunge ensembles that are perfect for ruling the Upper East Side.
