  1. When can I start and how long am I required to be a SCBA?

    2. You can become a SCBA anytime! As far as the recommended stay, we suggest 3 to 6 months, but of course that is up to you.

  2. How can I prepare to be a successful SCBA for StyleCaster?

    3. To prepare, get well acquainted with the StyleCaster site - read up on our news section, check out our daily looks, get to know the team members by viewing their StyleCast pages, watch the StyleCaster TV section, read the SCBA page made especially for you at: http://www.stylecaster.com/scba, etc. Become as familiar with our content as possible and read over the StyleCaster talking points so that you'll be well on your way to becoming a successful SCBA.

  3. What are the duties of a SCBA?

    4. As a SCBA you will be given weekly missions to be accomplished like participating in social media outreach, populating your MyStyleCast page, reaching out to your networks to spread the SC love, voicing your ideas and opinions to better the site, potentially contributing to our news section, etc. Remember, the possibilities are endless.

    5. The SCBA program is meant to be fun for all who join. It is up to you to complete all of the SCBA missions while you participate in the program - your administrator will contact you regularly and ask you to report your successful progression in spreading the word about StyleCaster, the future of fashion.

    6. Becoming a SCBA is a valuable learning experience. It is a way for you to network within the fashion industry and gain access to future internships. You will become a stronger candidate for success when entering college or the workforce. Also, it is good to remember that internships have a cumulative effect - meaning the more you partake in them the better you will look as a future candidate to prestigious companies.

    7. We welcome your voice at StyleCaster and want to hear what you have to say. Contact your administrator with any questions, opinions, or ideas and they will be heard!

    9. Contact your administrator for an example of what to put on your resume and a reference after the completion of your SCBA missions.

  9. Can I recommend a friend for the SCBA program?

    10. Absolutely! If you have friends who are as motivated and as cool as you then send them our way, put them in touch with your administrator and they'll be able to join the StyleCaster movement.

  10. Can becoming a SCBA lead to an actual Internship at StyleCaster?

    11. Yes, if you're planning on moving to NYC short term or long-term, can't get enough of StyleCaster after your SCBA experience and have a strong interest in a career in the fashion industry then please apply. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), are computer�?savvy, have the ability to multitask, and are smart and motivated. Mail your cover letter and resume to your SCBA administrator and we'll be happy to consider you for an internship position.
