As a woman, I'll say this. Definitely NOT okay: "manpris", v-neck shirts, and bad leather shoes. Scarves might be okay if they're for warmth, not looks. Everyone has graphic t-shirts, men and women, get over it. Cargo shorts are fine, and the "going out" shirt is too, as long as you don't pop the collar. As for clipping your cell phone on your belt, I don't see why it matters. Not everyone is comfortable having their phone in their pocket. I personally have a holder that clips to your belt, and that's because it's more comfortable when bending and stretching to pick up boxes and things at work. Whoever wrote this article should have gathered more opinions instead of just assuming and generalizing.
