Blake Lively was dressed appropriately for NYC's current rainy weather last night at the NY Women Film and Television Awards for Hair, Makeup and Costume Design. Wearing a black trench coat over a low cut blue dress and t-strap heels, the Gossip Girl star presented the show's hairstylist, Jennifer Johnson, with the Designing Woman award. As much as we love a good trench, we've grown fond of seeing Blake in her barely there red carpet get ups, so mother nature please listen to our pleas and bring back the sunshine!
